Supported Living Homes

Our seven supported living properties are based in Clevedon (1), Bristol (4) and S Glos (2)

Two of the services have 24 hour staffing with a member of staff sleeping at the service overnight. The other five services are not staffed 24 hours but support is funded and allocated to the tenants according to their assessed need and requirements.

Freeways provide the support under the following headings:

Social Care – hours are allocated to those that require long term support to access the community
Supporting People (SP) – Housing related support in areas such as understanding, following and maintaining a tenancy agreements, paying bills, looking for paid or unpaid work and accessing social networks.
Domiciliary Care – personal care, medication administration, cleaning

Jesmond Road

Jesmond Road provides 10 individual supported living flats with some communal space which allows opportunities for socialising and reduces any isolation which can sometimes be associated with living alone.

The Glen

The Glen consists of 15 large self contained flats, with two large communal areas for additional socialising within the service.

Dorian Close

Dorian Close is a shared home that is staffed to suit the needs of the tenants to enable them to lead independent lives.

Bridgman Grove

A wonderful shared house in the heart of Filton - close to great train and bus transport links to help your travel throughout Bristol and beyond.

Elm Park

A lovely shared house in the heart of Filton for four individuals.

Eastfield Road

This property has four independent flats in the highly desirable area of Cotham.
