Application

Shortlisting

  • Once we have recieved your completed application form, we will assess your suitability to our current vacancies. If you are shortlisted for a position with us we will contact you to arrange an interview.

Interview

  • Your interview and short assessment will last approximately 1 hour and will involve a literacy and numeracy assessment, along with questions from both staff and service users. Your interview will take place either in person or over video call.

Service Visit

  • The 2nd stage of the assessment process will involve a short visit to one of our services. This allows us to assess your suitability for the position as well as giving you the opportunity to experience working within one of our services. If your interview was held online, you will also have the opportunity to complete your assessments as part of your visit.

Pre-employment

  • If you are successful we will contact you to confirm your offer of employment. Once you have accepted the position we will send you a New Starter Pack and carry out the relevant pre-employment checks. This will include requesting references and carrying out an occupational health and DBS (Criminal records) checks
